About the role
Brava's platform is built on models that understand how attacks unfold and what evidence they leave behind in security telemetry. As an AI Researcher you will push that work forward, from research questions to models running in production for some of the world's largest security teams.
What you'll do
- Research, train and evaluate models over large-scale security telemetry.
- Design the agents and reasoning systems that power detection, investigation and data workflows.
- Build datasets, benchmarks and evaluation methods that hold up against real customer environments.
- Work closely with engineering to take research into production.
What you bring
- A strong background in machine learning, through research, industry or both.
- Hands-on experience training and evaluating models, including LLMs or agentic systems.
- Solid engineering skills and comfort working with large, messy data.
- Experience with security data or adversarial domains is a plus.
